Product description
Sed-2-ene est alkenum acyclicum cum quatuor atomis carbonis. Est alkene simplicissima exhibens cis/trans-isomerismum (etiam notum ac (E/Z) -isomerismum); hoc est ut duo geometrica isomers cis-but-2-ene (Z) sed-2-ene et trans-but-2-ene ((E) sed-2-ene).
Duae isomers difficillimae sunt distillationis propter propinquitatem punctorum ferventium separare (~4 °C pro cis et ~1 °C pro trans[5]. Attamen in plerisque industriae occasus separatio supervacua est, sicut uterque isomers similiter in plerisque motus desideratis agunt. Industrialis typicus sed-2-ene mixtus est 70% (Z) sed-2-ene (cis-isomer) et 30% (E) sed-2-ene (trans-isomer). Butane et at-1-ene communes sunt immunditiae, in 1% vel plus in mixturis industrialibus, quae etiam minora pondera isobutenae, butadiene et butynae continent.
